2. Verification
Restricted deliveries require the Member or pre-approved Verified Collector to complete the Platform’s required identity/age verification at handover and the Member’s unique Delivery OTP must validate. Failure means no handover.
3. Personal lawful use
Members must comply with all lawful age, possession, quantity, transport, destination, storage and use restrictions and must not use Buddi to facilitate unlawful onward supply, resale or supply to minors/ineligible persons.
4. Cannabis and cannabis-derived products
Where permitted by applicable law, cannabis and cannabis-derived products may be made available through the Platform as Restricted Products. Buddi will only facilitate the listing, ordering, collection and delivery of such products where the relevant Store Partner, product, Member, transaction and delivery satisfy applicable law. Members must meet applicable age, identity, possession, quantity, destination and other eligibility requirements. Store Partners remain responsible for ensuring that products they make available may lawfully be supplied and satisfy applicable licensing, registration, labelling, product, health, safety and regulatory requirements. Buddi may refuse, suspend or cancel an Order, remove a listing, restrict an account or suspend a Store Partner where Buddi reasonably believes completion may breach applicable law or Platform requirements.
5. Health and cannabis-derived products
CBD, THC, edibles, flower, medicines, complementary medicines and other cannabis-derived goods may be regulated differently. Buddi must assess product legality by category, formulation, claims and applicable health/medicines rules rather than assuming a single cannabis category.
Buddi may require Stores to provide licences, permits, product registrations, supplier documents, warnings or other evidence reasonably necessary for a Restricted Product, and may suspend/remove a listing where evidence is insufficient or legal status is unclear.
