What's deleted: your name, email, phone number, date of birth, saved addresses, sign-in details and notification tokens.

What's kept: order, payment and payout records, and the outcome of identity verification, without your contact details, for as long as South African law requires (up to 7 years for financial records).

You can't delete your account while an order is in progress, while your wallet has a balance, or while earnings are waiting to be paid. Contact us and we'll settle it first. Store manager accounts are closed by Buddi support.
